Lindsay Lohan to judge: So how much could I be spending behind bars?

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly considering pleading guilty or no contest in her forthcoming trial for grand theft.

According to Radar Online, Lohan’s lawyer asked the judge in her grand theft case just “how much time she’ll get if she agrees to a guilty or no contest” plea.

The possible sentence was discussed in a secret meeting between Holley, Judge Stephanie Sautner and Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers last week.

If Lindsay’s case goes to trial she could automatically be in violation of probation stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest. If convicted, Lohan could face three years behind bars.

The preliminary hearing is scheduled to begin on Friday morning at the LAX Airport Courthouse. Lindsay faces grand-theft charges for allegedly stealing a necklace from a jewelry store in Los Angeles.

Last month Lindsay rejected a plea deal, insisting on her innocence.
