Matthew Perry goes back to rehab

The actor had already taken detoxification in 1997 to treat an addiction to prescription drugs, and in 2001 to fight against his alcoholism.

“I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery,” he said in a statement. “Please enjoy making fun of me on the World Wide Web.”

For now, it’s unclear if the shooting schedule of “Mr. Sunshine” will be disturbed by Perry’s absence.
