Mel brings counter-evidence to Oksana’s baby pics

Last spring, Oksana Grigorieva assured the court in Los Angeles that Mel Gibson had hit their daughter Lucia as she held her in her arms.

Oksana even submitted a photo in the custody case in order to show Lucia’s injury

Now TMZ has obtained screen grabs from a video Oksana sent Mel 3 days after the incident in which there is no evidence of an abrasion.

Moreover, the actor’s lawyers accuse Oksana of manipulating and bring as evidence the fact that the pediatrician who examined Lucia the day after the dispute had no injury to report.
