Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva – the battle for custody

In 2009, after 30 years of marriage, Robyn, Gibson’s ex-wife filed for divorce. But it didn’t matter for the “mad Max”, known for his infidelities, as he found the perfect love in the arms of Oksana Grigorieva. Both parents of a baby aged only 7 months, these two are now separated. The story could have ended quietly between them but dialogue seems to be impossible.

Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson are now fighting for custody of their little Lucia. The actor wants to get at least parental visits, but the girl’s mother opposes it. With hatred and blackmail going on between them, the case seems hopeless and it is difficult to know more as Gibson has recently handed over confidential documents at the Los Angeles court.

However, after months of speculation and rumors, Oksana Grigorieva’s lawyers have finally managed to schedule an interview with Gibson, regarding their child custody battle over Lucia. According to Radar Online, a Los Angeles judge has given him a November 10 deadline for submitting to Oksana’s attorneys’ questions.
