Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva reach an agreement regarding custody of their daughter
Mel Gibson has reached an agreement regarding the custody of his daughter Lucia with his ex-girlfriend on Friday.
“As the result of a multi-day settlement conference, the Court announces that Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have achieved a settlement in their ongoing dispute,” the Los Angeles Superior Court said in a statement.
The actor’s spokesman confirmed the information that the two sides reached an agreement.
The terms of the agreement will be considered on August 31 and the civil financial agreement will be heard in open court.
It is not known yet whether the agreement entered into by Gibson and Grigorieva on custody of their daughter, Lucia, solve all other legal issues between the two former spouses.
Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have been in a lengthy high-profile scandal since they broke up in April 2010, five months after the birth of their daughter, Lucia.
