Mel Gibson chokes up in court

Mel Gibson, who is currently battling Oksana Grigorieva for custody, became emotional and choked up on the stand yesterday, particularly when talking about how much he loved his 1-year-old daughter Lucia.

Oksana Grigorieva wants Judge Scott Gordon to forbid Mel to have the baby spend the nights at his home, as whenever this happened, the child came back “acting funny.” Oksana didn’t elaborate on what “funny” meant.

In return, Mel’s lawyers played a video of Oksana talking to People magazine and other media outlets, asking, “Do you think by talking to the media you are looking out for the best interests of Lucia?”

The next court date is November 22. Oksana will take the stand for further cross-examination.
