Mel Gibson gets help from Oksana Grigorieva’s ex-bodyguard
According to TMZ, Oksana’s ex-bodyguard says the Russian singer is exaggerating or simply lying about the domestic violence incident.
Kristian Herzog, who was fired by the singer in October, told TMZ she admitted to him Mel never punched her, as she claimed to authorities. He claims Grigorieva told him that the actor had only slapped her and that she secretly taped Gibson “to pressure Mel to pay her money.”
Herzog – who claims he had a sexual relationship with Oksana – calls her a “sexual sorceress.” At the moment, Oksana is being investigated by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department for extortion.
The former couple split last year and is currently locked in a bitter custody battle over baby Lucia.
