Mel Gibson returns to court in the custody battle for baby Lucia
The war between the actor and his ex Oksana Grigorieva continues.
Gibson was seen on Friday at the L.A. County Courthouse.
The parents of 1-year-old Lucia had to appear before Judge Scott Gordon to discuss the allocation of Lucia’s custody and visitation.
At present, Mel is entitled to two nights every two weeks with his daughter until she turns three a year from October, when custody will be shared 50/50.
The actor is not satisfied with this schedule and demands to spend more time with Lucia. As for Oksana, she has tried to repudiate the agreement in the past.
TMZ reports that the two had separate meeting with Judge Gordon. While Grigorieva showed up in the morning, Mel was seen arriving around 1:30.
