Mildred “Patty” Baena is accused by ex-husband Rogelio Baena of having made him believe for 13 years that he was the father of her and Arnold’s love child.

Now Patty says she never asked to put Rogelio on the document and that she never told him or anyone else at the hospital that he was the father.

Patty claims Rogelio had hospital staff put his name on the certificate in the hope of obtaining U.S. citizenship.

The woman argues that she never signed the paper and that she made it clear to her estranged husband during her pregnancy that he wasn’t the father.
