Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom unveil the first photo of their son

On January 7, a source close to the couple revealed to a U.S. magazine that Miranda Kerr had delivered her first child in Los Angeles, but the new parents hadn’t confirmed the news until now.

In the photo posted by Miranda and available at www.koraorganics.com, she is seen nursing little Flynn. She announced she had given birth to “a very healthy and big baby boy” on January 6 and he weighed about 9 pounds and 12 ounces.

“I gave birth to him naturally; without drugs or painkillers and it was a long, arduous and difficult labour, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it. I could not have done it without him,” wrote the new mom on her blog.

“We are so happy and are enjoying our time together as a family. He is our little ray of sunshine. Thank you everyone for your beautiful well wishes and your lovely thoughts.”

In June 2010, Orlando Bloom’s rep announced that the actor got engaged to Miranda Kerr, his girlfriend of three years. The two lovebirds were married the following month.

Miranda revealed in August, in Vogue magazine, that she was pregnant with her first child.

When she was 6 months pregnant, Orlando’s wife posed nude for the December issue of W magazine.
