Nicollette Sheridan claims ex-boss insulted Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher

Nicollette Sheridan, currently on trial with the creator of Desperate Housewives, claims he insulted Eva Longoria.

Nicollette Sheridan lit the fuse in her legal battle against Marc Cherry, creator of Desperate Housewives, and she doesn’t look like she wants to stop any time soon.

The actress, who starred in the series until 2009, started a war against her former employer. After losing the first set, she fights back, involving Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher in her fight.

According to latest rumors, the judge didn’t respond to lawsuits filed in the Supreme Court in Los Angeles against Marc Cherry but authorized those on the wrongful breach of contract. Nicollette Sheridan returned to the attack hoping to have dropped a bomb the media.

The actress claimed that during the wedding of Tony Parker and Eva Longoria, Marc Cherry allegedly made an inappropriate comment about her colleague.

“I was present at Eva Longoria’s wedding to Tony Parker, when Mr. Cherry commented that ‘Tony must like boys, because he is marrying this — this little, small girl with no t*ts and — that looks like a boy,’” Nicollette claims in the declaration.

To add fuel to the fire, Sheridan claims that Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher was also plagued by Marc Cherry. According to Nicollette, he reportedly said he hoped that Hatcher is hit by a car and dies.

However, sources who were present at the wedding say Cherry unloaded the comment in front of all 300 guests, reports TMZ. Therefore Sheridan seems to be misleading the judge by claiming the joke was mean-spirited.
