Oksana Grigorieva accuses Mel Gibson on Larry King

The Cold War is taking place between Mel Gibson and his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. The couple fights in court for the custody of their daughter Lucia. And as it often happens in such cases, it seems that all shots are allowed.

As she must confront her ex-partner in court in Los Angeles next Monday, Oksana Grigorieva has revealed a scene particularly disadvantageous for Mel Gibson, on Wednesday night in Larry King’s show on CNN. She recounted the moment of the final fracture, dated January 6, when she and her children hastily left home they were sharing with the Hollywood star.

On “Jan. 6 [of this year] the beating took place,” the actor’s ex-girlfriend said. “Mel actually assaulted me while I was holding the baby in my arms.”

“I ran into my son’s bedroom and told him, ‘Mel’s crazy.’”

Grigorieva said that at that moment, her son, Alexander, hid behind the bed as Oksana stood with her daughter Lucia, “like a mother protecting her cubs.”

The Russian singer also said that she recorded Mel’s rampage so that her mother could have evidence of her murder, if that happened, but also to use them to help the actor deal with his anger problems.

Mel Gibson’s lawyers haven’t responded to Grigorieva’s statement. Gibson and Grigorieva will meet on Monday before the Los Angeles court to continue the battle for custody.
