Oksana Grigorieva demands half a million from Mel Gibson for traumatizing son
Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva are continuing the war for custody of their 1-year-old daughter Lucia.
The Russian singer now wants a compensation of $ 500,000 from her ex-boyfriend, claiming he traumatized her son.
The two were called to a court in Los Angeles on Saturday to discuss the allocation of Lucia’s custody and visitation.
According to TMZ, Oksana alleges that Mel her 14-year-old son Sasha was traumatized during the January 6, 2009 fight when she claimed the actor knocked two of her teeth out.
Gibson has denied the accusations, saying he only slapped her because she was out of control and she endangered the baby.
Oksana claims Mel called Sasha names during the argument and that the boy was so scared that he hid under the bed.
The site reports that the mediation will continue this week.
