In the past, Trope’s firm has represented the likes of Brooke Mueller, Victoria Hopper, Anna Nicole Smith and Britney Spears.
Oksana Grigorieva is fighting to convince the judge to determine Mel Gibson to pay much more than $5000 for her monthly child support. She wants more than $40,000.
So far she hasn’t been able to obtain more money from Mel Gibson due to a settlement agreement she signed back in May – a settlement she is now trying to disavow.
