Oksana Grigorieva is at it again against Mel Gibson
Looks like Oksana wants to go all the way for her cause.
Her lawyers are now trying to get the judge to hold a hearing on whether Mel struck Oksana.
Sources cited by TMZ say Oksana wants three things from Judge Scott Gordon:
- An order awarding Oksana sole custody of their 1-year-old daughter Lucia.
- An order forcing Mel to be evaluated by a shrink to determine his mental state.
- A hearing to determine if Mel did indeed hit Oksana. Her lawyers can’t use his no contest plea in the criminal case as it doesn’t represent an admission of guilt.
