The actor has been experiencing a series of flops in court. And this one’s the latest.

TMZ reports Oksana Grigorieva and her team of lawyers are giving Mel Gibson a hard time.

Sources connected with the case say he has to pay $300,000 for her attorney’s fees.

The figure requested by Oksana’s lawyers, who total more than 40, exceeds $3 million.

Sources say Mel Gibson is likely to be charged soon. It’s unclear how much Mel has paid in legal fees so far, but it exceeds $1 million.
