Oksana Grigorieva’s lawyer: where’s my $15 million?

Oksana’s lawyer is going after his former client for his fees.

Eric George negotiated a $15 million settlement deal for Oksana Grigorieva in her custody battle with Mel Gibson.

Oksana signed the deal and later disavowed it. Now George has taken legal action claiming she failed to pay his fees.

TMZ says George’s firm is entitled to 10% of the compensation he got Oksana. When she refused to pay him and filed legal documents trying to dismiss his claim. However, the motion was denied.

Now the D.A. is considering whether to file extortion charges against Oksana, given that Mel’s team claims she used the audio tapes as leverage to make the $15 million deal.
