Like all Hollywood actresses, Penelope Cruz felt the need to flip back in to her incredible post-baby body after giving birth.
Mother of a baby boy born last January, Penelope faced the no. 1 problem for moms around the world: get rid of extra pounds. Her secret? Dance and Spanish cuisine.
“I love ballet and it’s a little boring for me to go to the gym because I’m used to the dancing discipline,” Cruz tells The Daily Mirror. “It’s really hard but much more fun.”
However, it’s not only sport that she owes her beautiful figure to, but also a balanced diet: “I love Spanish food. My diet is the Mediterranean diet, which is good food. I eat well, but I try to eat healthy.”
Fortunately, the 37-year-old actress, starring in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, with Johnny Depp, indulges herself in a little fun from time to time, like a good burger once a week or once every two weeks.
