Pregnant Kate Hudson announces engagement to Matt Bellamy

After noticing a ring on the actress’ finger, the Today Show host Matt Lauer asked if she was engaged.

Hudson, 32, confirmed his words.

“I haven’t really announced it, I was waiting for someone to notice,” Kate said with a smile.

The actress has remained quiet about the marriage proposal which she simply described as “very romantic”.

Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy have been dating for a year and they are expecting the arrival of their first child together in the next few months.

She spoke about her pregnancy for the first time during an interview on UK’s The Graham Norton last January.

This will be the second marriage for Kate Hudson. She married Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson in December 2000, with whom she had her first child, Ryder Russell Robinson, 7.
