Reese Witherspoon fixes date of her marriage to Jim Toth

While her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe is facing rumors of parenthood for a third time, Reese Witherspoon is getting ready for her second marriage.

Engaged since last December after a year of romance, the 34-year-old pretty blonde and her boyfriend Jim Toth chose a date to become husband and wife according to Radar Online: they opted for March 26, 2011.

At 40, Jim, who made his request with a gorgeous ring worth no less than 250,000 dollars, is going to marry Reese, mother of Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, born of her marriage to Ryan Phillippe.

If the news are correct, the actress (who will celebrate her 35th birthday four days before) celebrates her second marriage at her Ojai Valley home.

According to rumors, the ceremony will welcome no more than 100 guests. As Radar Online reports, white and pastel flowers will adorn the place to give a feeling of intimacy.

For this event, Reese worked with wedding planner Yifat Oren, who had arranged Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller’s nuptials. Hope that Jim and Reese’s union won’t suffer the same fate.

As for the honeymoon, the lovers might have to wait a bit as Reese will have to ensure the promotion of her film Water for Elephants with Robert Pattinson, which will be released in the U.S. on April 22.
