Sheriff’s decision puts Oksana Grigorieva in hot water
According to TMZ, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department went into court today to ask the judge to turn over court files to see if Oksana has told conflicting stories about the alleged domestic violence case.
TMZ reports that investigators want to look at Oksana’s declaration and deposition testimony surrounding the blowout on January 6, 2010, to determine if she’s changed her story.
Based on documents reviewed by legal experts, investigators will find inconsistencies in Oksana’s declarations.
This latest request could affect custody hearings but it could have a bearing on whether domestic violence charges will be filed against Mel and whether the D.A. will file extortion charges against Oksana.

Such false accusations are a crime, and also domestic violence, yet police and prosecutors almost never prosecute false accusers.
