Find out where the baby’s name comes from.

David and Victoria Beckham finally welcomed a daughter into their family Sunday, July 10.

If a few hours after the birth the baby’s name was yet unknown, the mystery has now dissipated. The parents decided to name their little girl Harper Seven, information revealed by David Beckham himself on his Facebook page.

According to People, Harper represents an old English name that Victoria has had a soft spot for, while seven is seen as a lucky spiritual number.

The former Spice Girl gave birth to Harper Seven at 7:55 a.m. and the little girl weighed 7 lbs. That means she was born in the seventh hour, in the seventh month, on the seventh day of the week.

In addition, it is assumed that Seven has something to do with the jersey number that David wore for Manchester United and the English national team.
