Estella Warren won’t be charged for attempting to flee the police station after her DUI arrest on Monday night, reports TMZ.

The actress and model will face charges of assault, hit and run and DUI. However, she won’t be accused of attempted escape, as the case was initially.

Warren tried to flee while she was at the police station in Los Angeles. The charges may be dropped because her name hadn’t been entered into the system at the time of the offense.

On Monday, Estella Warren hit a few parked cars with her car, got arrested for DUI and kicked a police officer.
