Kate Middleton fuels pregnancy rumors with belly rub

The Duchess’ gestures at a recent event in Denmark have sparked more baby rumors.

According to Us Magazine, Kate was seen rubbing her tummy, which could be a sign that the royal couple are expecting.

A representative for the royal couple told E! News, “We do not comment on speculation about whether the Duchess is pregnant or not.”

“It was very odd,” an onlooker at the UNICEF event told the Daily Mail.

“Kate would not stop touching her tummy. It was very noticeable. She continually patted it and held her hands against it. She must have been doing it without realizing, and at one point she had both her hands cradling her stomach.”

This isn’t the first time Kate stirs speculation: during her official visit to Denmark with Prince William, she politely refused to eat peanut paste.

Pregnant women are advised not to eat foods that contain peanuts for fear of allergies in their unborn child.

If the pregnancy is confirmed, it would be great news for Kate and William, who have been under pressure for a baby since their marriage in April.
