Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kris Humphries are getting married
It’s official now: Kim Kardashian is now engaged to basketball player Kris Humphries of the New Jersey Nets.
The American socialite had her sporting boyfriend put the ring on her finger. Humphries, 26, waited for his beloved in her bedroom, on bended knee and with red rose petals he wrote: “WILL YOU MARRY ME?”
“I didn’t expect this at all,” the 30-year-old brunette told People about this very romantic moment. “I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now.”
Kris hasn’t done things by half, as he gave his beloved a ring set with a custom-designed Lorraine Schwartz diamond of 20.5-carat, worth $ 2 million. Later in the evening, he even planned a little party with the family of his future wife.
“I just knew I wanted it to be big,” Humphries said.
His request dates from May 18, but it seems that the couple decided to share the exclusive news now.
