Kim Kardashian won’t return her $2 million engagement ring to Kris Humphries
The reality star has decided to keep her 20.5 carat diamond ring at the end of her 72-day marriage.
Kim’s mother and manager Kris Jenner, 55, has revealed on Good Morning America: “It’s a gift – you keep a gift.”
She added, “I hate an Indian giver,” a phrase deemed offensive towards the community of American Indians, describing a person who gives a present and then wants it back.
Representatives of the largest American Indian and Alaska Native organization in the country, The National Congress of American Indians, have called Kris Jenner’s comments “wrong and hurtful.”
During the interview, Kris also revealed that her daughter’s decision to end her marriage was made with great difficulty.
“Kim’s dream [was] to get married and have babies, and raise a family – that’s all she’s ever wanted,” she said.
“Kim hasn’t been the Kim I know,” Jenner said. “She seemed worried, not her happy self. I want Kim back – I want her to be happy.”
The Kardashian matriarch also insisted that Kim “didn’t make a dime” from the nuptials.
In a message on her blog on Tuesday, Kim said she is “donating the money for all the gifts to the Dream Foundation.”

I think if you don’t love the guy and only are married 72 day’s why would she want his ring? I say buy your own ring or maybe Kim bought the ring herself. I don’t get it she didn’t even try to save her marriage. I used to watch the show all the time…huge fan..not anymore..I’m so done with it all.
