LeAnn Rimes flaunts her “scary skinny” body on Twitter, receives criticism

Newlywed LeAnn Rimes, currently on her honeymoon in Mexico, posted photos of herself in a bikini recently.

When one of her followers told her she looked “scary skinny” because of her “bones showing through skin,” the 28-year-old singer replied, “Those are called abs, not bones, love,” adding, “This is my body, and I can promise you I’m a healthy girl. I’m just lean. Thanks for your concern, but no need to be.”

LeAnn has had to defend her weight loss several times in the past. In March she responded to criticism about her looks by writing on Twitter, in March, she defended her weight and addressed criticism by writing on Twitter, “Maybe it’s time for a nude pic so peeps can see how I look nowhere near what these stupid pics are trying to make me look like, LOL.”

LeAnn and Eddie Cibrian, 37, married on April 22 at a private ceremony at their L.A. home.
