Linda Evangelista wants $46,000 per month in child support from Salma Hayek’s husband

One month after the press revealed that the husband of actress Salma Hayek, French billionaire François-Henri Pinault, is the father of her child, the super model filed her support order Monday in Manhattan Family Court.

“That would probably be the largest support order in the history of the family court,”Support Magistrate Matthew Troy told the New York Post.

According to court papers filed by Linda Evangelista, her 4 year old son, Augustin James, is the son of François-Henri Pinault. Augustin James is Linda’s only child.

Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault married in 2009 but their relationship began in 2006, about the same time Evangelista got pregnant.

Valentina Paloma Pinault, 4 year old, the daughter of Salma Hayek whit her husband François-Henri Pinault was born in September 2007.

Evangelista’s lawyer, William Beslow said to the magistrate that François-Henri Pinault has “just been sitting back, paying zero.”

Linda Evangelista also wants $ 80,000 per year for a 24-hour nanny and drivers, who are retired police detectives ($175,000 a year).

“She testified that she wants to have a 24-hour nanny because she does not want to be alone with the child … Miss Evangelista, you should understand, has a worth of more than $8 million, and she earned, last year, $1.8 million,” David Aaronson, Pinault’s lawyer, challenged those claims, says the judge.

“These are the extraordinary expenses that may be a part of the child’s life,” the judge said. “And if there is a trial [in the support case] with a lot of publicity, there will probably be a need for two detectives to drive this kid around.”

The judge rejected the request made by Evangelista who asked a payment of $ 7,500 for monthly vacation expenses.

The French billionaire has two other children from a previous marriage.
