The marriage of the Prince Albert II of Monaco and his fiancée Charlene Wittstock will be next July.

The marriage of Prince Albert II will take place on 1 and 2 July and the festivities and security are being organized.

On Friday, July 1, the civil marriage will take place in the Throne Room, at the Palace. The ceremony of about 1 hour will be broadcast live.

Then the religious service will be held in the Cour d’Honneur at the Princely Palace. And no question as to the royal family of England. The principality wants to attract crowds by facilitating access.

For this reason the gates of the palace will remain open as the Prince and his fiancée want to “share (the most important days of their lives) with their fellow citizens and visitors”.

To avoid disaster, security will be mobilized. In total, there will be 550 policemen in the field accompanied by the French air force to prevent intrusion.

Starting at 9 pm, a re4ception will be held at the Monte Carlo Opera house and the party will wrap up at midnight with a spectacular fireworks display.
