World’s steepest roller coaster is in Japan
Fuji-Q Highland, an amusement park in Japan, has recently inaugurated the steepest roller coaster in the world.
Nicknamed Takabisha, Japanese roller coaster accelerates to 100 km / h and has a 43-meter drop at an angle of 121 degrees.
The former record holder in terms of steepness, the Le Timber Drop in France, measured “only” 113.1 degrees.
A Takabisha trip lasts 112 seconds and costs $ 12.50. The roller coaster will be open starting July 16.
