A quick fourth marriage for Kelsey Grammer
Kelsey Grammer has recently opened up on his marriage plans with fiancé Kayte Walsh.
The former “Cheers” actor is trying to rush through a divorce from former wife Camille Grammer, hoping to walk down the aisle with his new lady as soon as possible.
“Kayte and I are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer,” Kelsey told People exclusively.
While refusing to give a specific date, Grammer concluded, “We are planning something we wish to be a private affair among several of our friends. Anything else is conjecture and false. Kayte and I are the only reliable source for this story. End of story.”
In the fall, Kayte suffered a miscarriage after the pair had announced that she was pregnant with their first child.
Although Grammer recently got engaged to Kayte Walsh, he is still legally married to Camille. California law requires a six-month waiting period from the filing date, so Kelsey and Camille’s separation can be finalized as early as Jan. 6.
