“Blue Mountain State” actor faces restraining order

Tiffany Muller, the woman who complained against Kennedy, says she and Kennedy met in May and in her court filing she claims Kennedy “tried to touch me and take my pants off and I would push his hands away and tell him to stop.”

Since then, Muller the actor has been sending her messages on Twitter, iChat, BlackBerry Messenger and texts to her cell phones, which she included in her court filing

A judge has granted her a temporary restraining order but she wants the court to make it permanent.

Kennedy’s rep told TMZ they had no comment, but added, “At no time did he present a credible threat of violence and his suitor actions were misperceived as stalking.”
