The nine calls received in the last three years in connection to two of the millionaire’s homes aren’t conclusive for the investigation.

The calls were related to Jonah Shacknai’s beachfront mansion and another residence he owns, situated four blocks away, where his ex-wife lives at present.

“There doesn’t appear to be a connection,” Coronado Police Commander Michael Lawton told People. “There’s nothing here that stands out as suspicious.”

The calls to police at Shacknai’s beachfront mansion were made between 2008-2011 and they include a report of vandalism to a vehicle, second-degree burglary, and a robbery alarm.

Between 2009-2011 5 calls were made from the home where his ex-wife lives now. They include a suspicious vehicle call, two complaints of disturbing the peace, and a burglary alarm.

Lawton explained that these calls could be related to incidents that took place in locations that were close to the mansion, given that the area is prone to frequent police calls and false alarms.

Shacknai’s 6-year-old son Max died from injuries after suffering a fatal fall on the stairs. A few days later, his girlfriend Rebecca Nalepa was found hanged, her hands and feet bound.
