Amy Winehouse’s former husband Blake Fielder-Civil plans to write a tell-all book about the late singer, reports The Sun.
The music producer wants to describe different aspects of his marriage to Amy Winehouse in the book and give readers a glimpse into the artist’s life behind the scenes.
A source told the newspaper: “Blake’s been planning to write a tell-all on Amy since she became famous. When they were together he’d film her, but there are many hours of footage and photos he hasn’t released.”
According to media, Fielder-Civil is said to begin writing this book only if he’s offered a significant amount of money.
Amy Winehouse married Blake Fielder-Civil in Miami in May 2007 and their tumultuous relationship finally ended in 2009 when he accepted Winehouse’s filing for divorce while he was behind bars.
After finding out about Amy’s untimely death, Blake, who is currently serving a 32-month sentence for burglary, collapsed and was said to be “inconsolable”.
Winehouse died at age 27, on July 23, after years of battling alcohol and drug addiction. The official cause of death has not yet been determined.
