Beyoncé pregnant: the singer about to give birth?

According to MediaTakeOut.com, nurses at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital are on alert in anticipation of the arrival of a VIP. Reports have surfaced, saying that half the floor of the Labor and Delivery Suite has been booked in anticipation.

Although the identity of the celebrity hasn’t been confirmed, the site is certain that it’s Beyoncé.

News about the pregnancy has been so far quite contradictory. The wildest rumors were saying the star actually had a fake baby bump and that she used a surrogate mother. Also, she was initially rumored to be due in February.

Back in September, the 30-year-old singer appeared in a clip from her Live at Roseland DVD, saying: “Hello! It’s September 23rd … Right now I’m actually shooting the video for ‘Countdown’ and I’m six months pregnant, pretending that my stomach is flat in body suits.”

3 months have passed since the moment the video was shot which would mean that Beyoncé is expected to give birth any day now.

In addition, the New York Post reports that Beyoncé was overheard saying that her pregnancy was “the best Christmas present possible,” adding to the speculation that baby could be born in late December or early January.
