A few seconds from Britney Spears’ video for Hold it Against Me have been unveiled before the official premiere of the entire clip on Feb. 17.
This is the latest fashion among singing celebrities: to release a teaser of an upcoming video in order to keep fans in suspense.
While the filming of Hold It Against Me has already caused controversy on whether she used a double to replace her in some dance scenes, the fact remains that many are anxious to see the video.
Dressed into a princess gown, Britney is surrounded by a sea of screens, as she finds herself in what looks like a control tower.
The clip is only 5 seconds long but that seems enough to keep fans on the edge of their seats.
“Hold It Against Me” is Britney’s lead single from her seventh studio album, “Femme Fatale”, due in March and it’s produced by Spears’s longtime collaborators Max Martin and Dr. Luke.
