Britney Spears’ handlers are asking a judge to protect her from a “shake down” by a former bodyguard who they believe could put the pop singer in danger.
Britney Spears is being sued by former bodyguard Fernando Flores for sexual harassment. This means that his complaint will be treated before a public court. The singer’s attorneys recently requested that the case be handled in the utmost discretion.
People close to the artist ask the judge to move the case to a probate court, where all of the accusations could be kept from the public and protect her from a “shake down”.
Her closed ones believe, “There is a real possibility that Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information.”
Fernando Flores accuses Britney for having made sexual advances while working for her by, among other things, walking around her home naked
A hearing on the matter will take place at the end of the month.
