Chris Brown and Rihanna reportedly teaming up for Birthday Cake remix
After a violent separation in 2009, Chris Brown and Rihanna are rumored to be working on a collaboration.
Rihanna has reconnected with her former boyfriend Chris Brown much to the dismay of her fanbase.
Last June, rumors raised the possibility that Chris and RiRi reconnected after reports surfaced that the two had exchanged messages on Twitter.
Earlier this week, another rumor claims that Chris actually attended the singer’s birthday party which took place Thursday night.
Photos circulating on the net show Brown and Rihanna embracing at her birthday bash in Beverly Hills. Although there has been no comment from either side, TMZ reported that guests were asked to sign a confidentiality agreement, most likely at Brown’s insistence.
Today, reports state that the two former lovers are collaborating in the studio. According to Miss Info, Brown recorded a signing verse and a rap verse for Rihanna’s hit song “Birthday Cake.”
However, one of Rihanna’s producers, Da Internz, responded via Twitter to a fan forum’s question as to whether the collaboration rumors are true with a succinct “NOPE,” before deleting his tweet.
