Divorce court decides Fantasia Barrino is not a homewrecker

According to RadarOnline, a North Carolina judge ruled in favor of Antwaun Cook in the divorce proceeding against ex-wife Paula, saying the pair’s separation occurred on September 14, 2009 and not June, 2010, as Paula had sustained.

Taking this decision into account, Fantasia, who had an affair with Antwaun, can no longer be accused of being a homewrecker since he was separated from his wife at the time.

In light of her accusations that Fantasia had stolen her man, Paula was intending on suing the singer under North Carolina’s unique Alienation of Affection law. The law affirms that an abandoned spouse can file lawsuit against the party responsible for the failure of their marriage.

Fantasia drew the attention of the media and became the center of a cheating scandal when she famously tattooed the name “Cook” on her collarbone in honor of Antwaun.

This year in November, Fantasia took the witness stand in the case. She admitted she got pregnant by her married lover Antwaun Cook and had an abortion around the time of her failed suicide attempt.
