Dr. Conrad Murray, accused of murder, is left without a license

After six days of hearings, judge Michael Pastor, of the Superior Court of Los Angeles, has decided to suspend Dr. Conrad Murray’s license, arguing that he represents a public danger.

Prosecutors have shown that there is sufficient evidence that there is a connection between Conrad Murray’s actions and omissions and Michael Jackson’s death, which is why they decided that the doctor will be tried for murder.

His lawyer tried to argue that Murray will never be able to support his family and pay for his defense, but the judge still decided to withdraw his license.

The doctor will be formally charged on 25 January. If convicted, he faces up to four years in prison.

Judge Pastor followed believes that Conrad Murray was guilty of manslaughter in “abandoning his patient” after having administered propofol, a powerful anesthetic that the singer used as a sleeping aid.

Murray admitted to administering propofol to MJ on the day he died, but at the request of the star.

However, besides Murray’s team, there are others who are unhappy with the decision.

One of the doctor’s longtime patients is “pissed” with the judge’s decision to suspend the doctor’s medical license, saying that Pastor is “preventing a phenomenal doctor from working.”

Robert Day says the judge made a “100% poor choice” because Murray “just wanted to help MJ.”

“[Murray] is the most compassionate reserved gentle giant you’ll ever meet,” Day adds.

What do you think? Is dr. Conrad Murray guilty or not?
