A woman who claims Lil Wayne is the father of her grandson blames hurricane Katrina for standing in her way to prove paternity.

According to the 8-year-old boy’s grandmother, their family “tried multiple times to get a paternity test” but there was always somthing coming in the way…like a hurricane.

After the hurricane hit in 2005 numerous court records were destroyed, causing the case to be delayed by a matter of years.

But recently it seems the grandmother finally obtained a new court order requiring Weezy to submit to a DNA test and the rapper, who already has four children from previous relationships, must take it until December 9.
