Several people working on Justin Bieber’s My World tour refused to go to Japan, where the young star has to perform three concerts, reports TMZ.

Given recent incidents in the country, they fear further disasters.

Scooter Braun, Bieber’s manager, doesn’t see things that way, and reportedly told the staff while in Adelaide, Australia: “Man the f**k up and do the right thing by these kids.”

That is to say the Japanese children are waiting to see Justin and this could be a way to make life more beautiful for them in the midst of terrible natural tragedy.

He also said that the pop star shouldn’t disappoint his fans and the Japanese government had given assurances that they would be safe.

But at that meeting, the 3rd in 4 days, staff members responded that Avril Lavigne and Slash had cancelled their concerts in Japan.

Justin Bieber is to perform on May 17 in Osaka and on 18 and 19 in Tokyo.
