In a contract that the dancers in her latest clip had to sign, there is one remarkable claim.

The dancers must actually ensure that the singer doesn’t come close to such substances.

TMZ has obtained a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that dancers were required to sign.

The contract sets the following rule: “Contractor acknowledges that it is essential that [Britney] not be exposed to any alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances.”

The contract also states that the dancers can be subjected to a mandatory drug test and could be fired if they refuse to take a test or fail one.
