Lady Gaga intends to buy a castle in Great Britain, after the artist’s world tour, entitled “Monster Ball Tour”, will end in 2011.

Lady Gaga fell in love with the rural landscapes in the UK and intends to follow in the footsteps of “Queen of Pop” Madonna, buying a house in the country.

Previously, Lady Gaga said she loves traditional British dish fish and chips and British musicians.

A friend told the Daily Record newspaper: “No expense will be spared in her quest to make this dream come true. It’s her childhood dream and she’s particularly interested in castles in the north of England or Scotland.”

U.S. media wrote that Lady Gaga was looking to purchase a property on the exclusive island of Martha’s Vineyard, off the coast of Massachusetts, US, ready for when her ‘Monster Ball Tour’ – which has been running since 2009 – wraps up in 2011.
