LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian: finally married

Their relationship had caused a lot of controversy because it started as an extramarital affair.

Last December, LeAnn Rimes announced her engagement, but without giving any date. On Friday, April 22, the two lovers were united in front of 40 guests, including Cibrian’s sons, Mason, 7, and Jake, 4.

“LeAnn and Eddie were happily married today surrounded by their closest family and friends,” Rimes’ spokesman, Rhett Usry, told People. “They thank everyone for their well wishes.”

According to People, the ceremony was held at a private home in California. The country music star chained three different dresses during the event.

The lovebirds managed to deceive all their friends and family as guests thought they were attending an engagement party.

“Eddie and I are overwhelmed by the amount of lovely well wishes. We are blessed and…. I’m Mrs. Cibrian!!!!!” LeAnn wrote on her Twitter page on Saturday. “So wonderful to wake up as husband and wife. Love to all of you.”

This is the second marriage for both artists. LeAnn Rimes was married to Dean Sheremet for seven years before they separated in 2009 and their divorce was finalized last June. Eddie Cibrian was married to Brandi Glanville for nearly nine years before finalizing their divorce last October.
