Get rid of those extra pounds and sculpt a figure worthy of the Queen of Pop. Madonna will launch an international chain of sports clubs called Hard Candy, referring to the star’s latest album of the same name.
In order to achieve her goal, Madonna teamed up with her manager, the founder of the 24 Hour Fitness chain of gyms, Guy Oseary.
“Our goal is to create an environment inspired by Madonna’s vision and high standards of what the ideal gym would be,” said her business manager. “Hard Candy Fitness will be a reflection of Madonna’s point of view and will reflect her input on every detail including music space, light and other design cues. Madonna’s touch will be everywhere.”
Hard Candy clubs offer diverse and varied courses to their clients such as cardi kickboxing, salsa, yoga, capoeira, etc.
In a press release issued this week, the American superstar has announced the opening of its first gym in Mexico City in an area of 3000 square meters and will be inaugurated by the singer on November 29. Then she intends to extend the franchise in “ten other cities in Russia, Brazil, Argentina, and throughout Europe and Asia,” the statement said.
