The items include expensive furniture, works of art and a number of personal pieces, such as a kitchen chalkboard with the message, “I (heart) Daddy. SMILE, it’s for free” which will be sold as is for an estimated $400, according to the AP.

Jackson also maintained an adjacent bedroom that he regarded as his inner sanctum, a private place only for him.

In this second bedroom Jackson kept a an antique armoire with a message written on the mirror by himself regarding the upcoming tour he was scheduled to begin in London . “TRAIN, perfection, March April. FULL OUT May,” it reads.

The singer passed away in the home on June 25, 2009, and on Monday his personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, was found guilty of one felony count of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson’s death.
