In order to properly celebrate Christmas, Sony will release a new album by Michael Jackson. A brilliant idea that ought to bring lots of money. But nothing is ever simple when it comes to the Jackson family!

According to the children of the King of Pop, some songs are not originals, what we hear is not their dad’s voice. Michael was reportedly with his kids in New Jersey in 2007, when the producers claim he recorded the songs.

Howard Weitzman, lawyer for Jackson’s estate, said that he had experts listen to the tracks and they have confirmed that it’s authentic.

Sony is adamant that these songs are all authentic and the album will be released as planned.
