Michael Jackson’s Thriller song to become a movie

The “Thriller” video will be the basis for a feature film produced in Hollywood.

The 1982 video of “Thriller” by Michael Jackson will be the basis for a feature film to be made in Hollywood.

According to the site Deadline.com, filmmaker Kenny Ortega has the best chance to be chosen to direct this project film.

Kenny Ortega is known for directing the movie “High School Musical”, but also because it was the choreographer and artistic adviser of singer Michael Jackson, and also the director of the documentary “This Is It”.

The original video, which lasts 14 minutes, it shows Michael Jackson dances with a group of zombies and was directed by John Landis, who is considered the best pop video of all time.

Jeremy Garelick, writer of comedy “The Hangover” will write the script of the new project, and Rod Temperton, composer of “Thriller”, will be involved in this project as a production assistant.

According to British newspaper The Guardian, the producers of franchise “Twilight” are very interested in purchasing the rights to this feature, as well as representatives of Lionsgate and 20th Century Fox.
