Paula Abdul storms off Jimmy Kimmel after Rachel Crow questioning

Jimmy touched on the controversial subject of Rachel Crow’s elimination from the competition when the judges vote went to deadlock, resulting in onstage breakdown.

First Jimmy laid the blame on Paula for advising fellow judge Nicole Scherzinger to send the vote to deadlock.

But what seems to have really pissed Abdul were Kimmel’s comments regarding the groups she mentored, saying, “Paula, yours deserved to go. Both of yours deserved to go.”

The singer was visibly shocked, saying, “What?!” before walking off the set.

Even though he was seen giving Jimmy a high-five, it was Cowell who eventually called for her to come back.

As Kimmel changed the subject to Paula and Simon’s chemistry, saying, “something has had to have happened between you two sexually,” Paula replied, “He’s a selfish lover, he would be calling his own name out… I can only imagine.”

To which Simon responded, “I thought about it, but then I’d have to talk to her afterwards ”

After the show, Simon tweeted, : “Just taped @jimmykimmel – Ouch! He’s turned into me. Very uncomfortable, but brilliant!”
